OMG, what is wrong with all you! That is SO obviously an 04-05 STi or WRX, anyone who said it was an SRT-4 should have their suby taken away!! 
Guess i cant blame you since you saw it on Break which is always a s***tier quality since they just steal all youtubes videos and post them on their site with their watermark on it like it was theirs all along, they always do **** like that, seriously F*** Break!

In my defense, that was a crappy quality vid and I didn't bother to go full screen. 
We didn't get SRT4's in Australia. Only a few base model Neon's a few years ago, they never really sold here.

it was the third car from the right of the parking lot....this people are stupid for not letting know the others about the flood

Thanks, we're nowhere near it thou - it'd be like N.Y.C flooding and I live in Miami.
Thou the size of the area that flooded is roughly the size of Germany and France combined - or the whole state of NSW (if you know what Australia looks like).
