Hello all, and thanks again for taking the effort to make this event happen!
On the day of (17th), I need you to be AT the park at around 9:30 so you can setup your stuff, etc... Put your banners up, tents up, and so that we can situate you guys in the parking lot.

How are the vendors setting up their tents? In the parking lot, blocking parking spots? I hope not cause I think we are gonna need all the spots we can get. What if they set up the tents in front of thier cars after they are parked?

If they do set up tents in the parking lot.. .it wil be behind their cars.
