Sorry for the all caps, but it had to be done.
I sent out emails and no one has responded... I don't know who's listening or what... This is less than 2 months to go, we need to get the gears working.
If you're a vendor and want to sponsor the Mt Hamilton Meet such as the vendors have in the past, PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA PM ASAP.

Yeah, as soon as I get verifcation.
I have some stuff going on in my life right now which is preventing me from doing the hamilton thing 24/7... (Possible cancer with a loved one)... So sorry if I've been lagging. The deadline for vendors is the 30th... I have the list, its just not "finalized" yet.
I will make an appearance at you're place Dan... Probably this week. So we can talk in person.
Gagan, I'll have the stuff for you soon enough. When is the deadline? I have to give people time to decide if they are sponsoring it or not. Like I said, the dealine to sponsor is the 30th, which gives you 23 days after the deadline.
