Okay boys and girls, it's that time once again... The 5th Annual Mt Hamilton meet!

On July 17th, starting at 11:30am at Joseph D Grant park in San Jose.

First and foremost, let me just make clear that things will be handled differently this year (I always learn from previous years). I promise you there will NOT be a food shortage of any sort this time, and if there is, I'll bring a spear with me, and I'll let you impale me.

The event will be held in the rose garden picnic/wedding area once again (like the last 2 years). There will be music, food (still haven't decided on exactly what we're gonna have for food... but will most likely be a bbq of some sort with tri-tip steaks, etc. )

Depending on how many vendors we get to sponsor us, I'm going to try to get a giant inflatable boxing ring... and we can have members Vs Vendors Vs Moderators... so if you wanna punch me in the face, this is the way to do it. (Or Punch Mioke in the face). hehe.

We're going to organize a sort of car show and award prizes to people, as well as a raffle.

The event will be the standard $10 (to cover food mostly).

There will be alcohol, so those of you who are under 21, don't try it, otherwise I'm gonna get gagan on your ***. He will Turbinate you.

Thus far we have one sponsor, LIC motorsports, and a couple more in the works. So everything looks like its gonna kick some major ***.

The expected turnout is 400+ peeps.

Because last years food shortage was NOT your fault, I would prefer to spear the people who went up to get seconds and/or thirds out of turn and before many people had "firsts", loaded their plates full, then decided they weren't hungry and threw an ENTIRE plate of food in the trash.

I'd like to be there this year. Let me see who from SRIC wants to come up before I commit

I think I'll bring an extra 10 lbs of tri-tip and a few racks of ribs, just in case...

That way I can have all the seconds I want...not that I filled my plate with firsts the last time.
