Car Info: a center diff that is going...
i had to pick up a computer desk for my room last night, so i was in a truck, and i chose to set cruise at 55...OMFG i wouldn't be surprised if i saw a Kenyan running past me on the shoulder! It was like 11:30pm so i didn't care if people had to pass me. And i dont care about passing others, i respect their decision to go as slow as 50, as long as its not commute hour and their in the right lane.
Also many intersections can be redesigned, like when you want to make a U-turn, you can basically run the red and not harm anyone because it doesnt involve you entering the intersection. You have to enter the crosswalk, but all they have to do is cut a thingy in the median. And put a sign up that says Uturn on red only. ANd if its green, then you cant use the cut out and you would Uturn as we've always done it.
I constantly ran stop signs yesterday driving the truck around. I figured if a cop sees me and follows me, he will pull me over at 15 mph. I would rather cruise down a residential area at 15mph and roll thru the stop signs than drive 25 and make complete stops, and im sure the police would respect that and allow that, but there are too many bad apples that would eventually F it up.
My GF will walk into a street and cross without looking, because she says she has the right of way. When i was in Las Vegas, this stupid menopausal B walked right in front of a taxi lane by the strip and said "i dare ya" and made like 5 taxis have to stop. That means her B *** just wasted about a cup of gas for each Crown Vic. All because she had the right of way.

I agree about the rush hour part. There is no reason for half the traffic we have other then people are driving like idiots, not merging nicely and cutting each other off causing the 500 cars behind to have to slam on their brakes and come to a stop. Then there is the left lane cruisers that have 10 miles of open freeway in front of them but they are going to pace the slow lane so you can not pass at all, then get upset about having a huge train of cars behind them.
I hate jay walkers that are to lazy to walk their behind the 100 extra feet to the cross walk. People that think they can do what ever because they have a "right" to. Wrong that car can take your *** out. I would rather not chance having someone hit me cause they did not see me. Sure I had the "right of way" but I would be dead or seriously injured so it is not worth it to me.. I am more then happy to let people cross when doing so in designated areas such as cross walks...

I LOVE THE TRUCKEE ROUNDABOUTS! i even turned around to do them twice. they have race curbing IIRC.
People just dont realize a car is just a car, people act like the things explode once they hit eachother. Like people merging onto an expressway from a yield in their nissan quest minivan with a tinted sun visor covering their entire Fing face as if they are some character from star wars...they have the shoulder to use to gain speed, you dont have to wait for a gap in traffic JUST GO!
Another thing they need to eliminate shoulders on merging ramps and give more room to people that are too afraid to merge. Our merging lanes on our freeways are the reason we have 1/2 the traffic. they need to be a few thousand feet, instead of the 500 feet they are.

But jaywalkers at night are awesome, dont be the guy that presses the walk button making a few cars wait 25 seconds as they stare you down when you cross.
In the past 5 years, i haven't hit one single crosswalk button, because i think it is stupid and so are the people that use them. Plus they are dirty. Of course i don't mind waiting for a lady with a stroller, but when its some dude on a bike pressing the button to ride across when its already F ing green! Cheezitz Chrysler!
Or the random dude at 2 AM that presses the walk button when there is one car every 30 seconds...morons
