"we are going to have a Tuner Time Attack Trial. Details are being worked out. Race against the clock.
---
Car show will also be organized there. So those of you who don't want to track race your cars are more than welcome to come. Remember, this is not just a track day. This is a huge Subaru event.

Car show will be judged and prises awarded to the following classes.

1. Best Sleeper
2. Best Tuned
3. Best of Show

We might split the 1 and 2 category into "Old School" and "New Age" depending on how many cars will enter.

So, if you are planning to attend, please post here so that I have an idea how many non-racing participants will be there.
---
Finally, SubyDude vs. Alex will take place there. I have been craving those meatballs. "

Due to a circumstances several events did not occur as promised, most importantly, in our eyes, the headliner "time attack". Our concerns and comments were expressed to the Event coordinator, Alex. Needless to say but he was rather unhappy with our criticisms. That evening we received a late night phone call asking for our paypal address. We were going to be given our money back, which we never asked for, because our comments about the event planning were deemed unsubstantiated and uncalled for. As a result of this whole ordeal I-Speed USA received a refund of $565 (not a full refund because we did have a few cars that did use track time), our vendor status from I-Club was revoked, and Alex swore to never work with or promote I-Speed ever.

Sadly that was that.

Chris
Ok, first of all, I never "kept digging it up". Second of all, I never mentioned which vendor I was talking about. Third of all, I said it to explain why I am slow gathering the money for refunds. By no means this was to turn into an i speed drama thread. Once again, as usual, Chris starts throwing punches at smoke clouds.

And, since you want to be accurate, Chris, accurately dig up my thread where I explained why some of the things did not happen. I appologized for that. I think that I made up for it in other ways. I heard raving reviews from people that attended the event. Everyone got more track time than they could wish for for $165. Some people got their faces into magazines (including you). It was a good event.

Yes, I called you and confronted you about your dissatisfaction with the event because at the end of the day I asked every vendor if they were happy. Most were happy and some gave me their feedback on how to make the next event better. You on the other hand kissed my *** at the track and talked **** about the event as soon as you left the paddock. That is not cool with me. That is not called "expressing your comments. Neither was that critisim. That was blunt behind my back smacktalk. Don't try to make it sound all professional and sugarcoat it with fancy words. Your big ego was telling you that the only reason I did not have a "Time Attack" is because I "did not want you to win".

During the event, I did everything I could to make you feel "special" like you like having others to make you feel. I gave you a great unlimited booth spot. I mentioned Crawford Performance as one of the sponsors because you guys came together. I let your guys swip-swap from run group to run group. I even arranged your car to be featured in the japanese magazine. At the end, all I got was a big "**** you". Thank you, but no thank you. I don't need sponsors like you.

In any event, I thought it was fair to give you your money back. I don't have a problem with that. You said you did not get what you paid for and you got it back. Simple. Business is business. I talked with other vendors and worked out compensations for some stuff that did not happen during the event. They all were cool with it. You on the other hand, I did not want to deal with anymore.

As far as your vendor status revoking goes, you never paid for it in the first place since day one. I gave it to you, I can take it away. It is only fair. And yes, I don't want to deal with you or your business for a number of reasons. I have the right to refuse to deal with anyone I don't feel like dealing with. Once again, it is fair.

And finally, I did not call you late in the evening. You making yourself sound more important that you really are. I called you at launch time. I just pulled up my paypal records. I paypalled you on the 25th, right after I spoke with you.

So, basically you just shot yourself in the foot and initiated a personal attack at me for no reason without being nearly as accurate as you may sound. I did not attack you or your business when I explained to the people I have to refund the reason why it is taking longer. I did not say "GO GET IT FROM CHRIS" or "I SPEED IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NO REFUNDS..." I did not mention anything about you or your business. You just felt like jumping on my back and trying to increase public awareness of your professionalism and correctness. In the end, you accomplished nothing. You didn't even upset me. I am smiling...

For the record, I don't have a problem with Bill or anyone else affiliated with I SPEED. I am just sick and tired of Chris's bull****. Once again, this is only fair...
