i can honestly say that THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO BE A LEGITIMATE LICSENED COMPANY IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
Ed claimed that he was had a proper buisness license in Danvilla ca, (i had to call him up and pretend to be someone else to get this information mind you.. just goes to show why he didnt want to answer my question in the first place)
(925) 314-3388 feel free to call that number and ask to talk to the person in charge of buisness licenses.. He used the following buisness name with ecutek SubyShack, he has that domain registered to his name, as well as eqtuning (none of which had buisness licenses in the claimed town) or even equilibrium tuning or just equilibrium.
Not that having a buisness license in danville would help much as he operates the buisness out of Davis (which doesnt have a licsense for him either, you can check by googling davis, ca buisness license).
I checked contra costa county recorders office as well and no ficticious buisness names are registered under Ed's name.
So by all means it looks like he is NOT a LEGAL BUSINESS

This might be amusing to some of you, but this childish behavior brings I-club down.
This palce is going down hill, all because of the bay area. If you feel soo strongly about this issue, feel free to persue this on your own. You can also PM me if you like.
