If EQ is legit, Ed needs to come clean and dr3 needs to STFU.
However, if EQ is a rogue outfit, they should be persecuted with extreme prejudice.
Please, Ed, come clean & be legit...'cuz I don't wanna have to write another "dr3's right" post.

Actually, I think I'm going to go order something from Amazon.com (tax free in CA) and NOT file the appropriate tax forms with the state. And THEN if I get really crazy, I'm going to take off my front plate.

Dre is doing the same thing that he ragged on Ed for doing. Exact same ****. It bugs me how hypocritical everything that comes out of some peoples' mouths is.
I am honest enough with myself to realize that I don't follow the law when it comes to my car and all of the "businesses" that are tuning our cars are doing so illegally. Get a business license to run an illegal business? Ehhhhh.... maybe that's marginally better? But maybe it's not. Who knows.
Liability wasn't an issue for me. If I stuffed my car into a tree, my insurance would cover it. That's why I have car insurance. If Ed had to drive the car for some weird reason (like I just dropped it off or something) and stuffed it into a tree, my insurance would cover it. If my car blew up, I'm SOL. But don't think that's not the case if you're getting your car tuned at a shop. You know that waiver they make you sign that says they're not liable if your engine explodes while on the dyno and all of the other 'sign-your-life-away' stuff that you do before having your car tuned? Yah. If your engine blows, good luck getting your licensed shop to pay for it...
But thank you so much Dre for being our collective knight in shining armor. You're so noble.

I AM NOT OPERATING A COMPANY NOR AM I TUNING OR TRYING TO STEAL CUSTOMERS ARE SLANDER ANOTHER VENDOR.
Im just a person, i have nothing to ****ing fear of any of this.. and here is the catcher
I HAVE NOTHING TO ****ING LOSE, NO MONETARY LOSS, and i DONT GIVE A **** about any sort of reputation or respect from anyone. My bros are my bros and those who are going to like me are only laughing at this ****.
So to recap
I COULD GIVE TWO FLYING ROYAL ****S what anyone thinks about me, i am what i am and i do what i do.
And i have nothing to ****ing lose over this, i see something that is wrong and im going to confront and figure it the **** out and do what i can to A. Get rid of it or B. Fix it.
Ed operating a tuning company out of an apartment with no buisness license is a direct violation of califronia law. And i am sure that DAVIS PD would not like the fact that there is an illegal speed shop being operated out of a residential apartment with no proper bonds, insurance, or licensing. Not to mention the whole road dyno thing....
If your going to ****ing do something, do it right. NOT HALF ASSED
If he wants to be a ****ing tuner, be a ****ing tuner, put your ***** on the ****ing line like all the other tuners around here and either plink down the money to do it right (incorporate, get a license, bonds, insurance, etc) or GET A LOAN TO DO IT.
Dont do it half assed out of your apartment.
And dont give me this bull**** about how you cant get a loan because you are in college, that just means you are a ****ing idiot and cant drum up a proper buisness plan and present it to the right people. For ****s sakes if i can do it you can do it.
<-- drummed up a few 100k for a wireless isp start up costs at the ripe age of 21, did i mention i never went to college and dropped out of highschool.. All right now stfu and move the **** on.
And as for oafs comments..
If i gave a **** what anyone here thought about me i would prob pay more attention to presentation and people skills. But i dont so i could give two ****s if i spell the the or teh, and if i am blunt and to the point or being a ********.
I can tell you this when i am writing a report for a CSO or CIO for a large fortune 500 you can bet your *** im not throwing in "you network engineers are douches for not configuring the firewalls properly, and your sys admins are a bunch of chicken ****ers for not patching their **** up propa.. BEEYYOOOTTCCHHHH"

guess it comes down to tuning your message to your audience.. and guess what.. you guys ARE NOT CSO's CIO's or anything of that sort where you would demand me double and triple check proper grammar, spelling, and what not. You mother****ers are a collection of enthusiats who all love cars and **** talking and horseplay. Plus i have my bros on here, and we are close so i dont have to play ****ing nice with anyone i dont ****ing want to.
PS

And the reason people think you're a drama queen is?
You are a blowhard who gets off on verbal abuse. I've met your kind in IT before, and will again. Fortunately, most of you never end up and further than mid level jobs.
Oh, and getting 100K for a WISP isn't really that impressive. I did the same thing 2 years ago at teh ripe age of 22. You are nothing special. You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake.
If you think you have something here, and you are so bloody offended at the propect of Ed running an 'illegal speed shop', call the cops and SHUT THE **** UP. Airing all this here is nothing more than trying to get attention. You see a wrong? Fix it, don't just ***** about it.
