Hello goils and boys,
Every year we have a caravan of people that meet at my house on the morning of BAM, these people help out with setup and help carry stuff from my house to the event (Since there's so much stuff the more people the better).
Just like every year, I need a head count of people that will be meeting at my house in Fremont to help with setup... Official meet time will be at 8:00am so that we can get there with enough time to unload and setup. I know it's a little early, but not much earlier then some of the other caravans.
If you want to help (and I really appreciate the help, I couldn't do this without people like you) please contact me via private messages for details. Feel free to respond here if you're interested, but I will send you the details over PMs.
This is a very important role and we have a lot of people counting on us to come though , so it's important to have everything set up prior to everyone showing up. All folks who help out will get in for free
People with wagons are VERY welcome since we have A LOT to haul up to Novato, just the drinks alone are enough to fill up the entire bed of a normal size pickup truck!
Not to mention all the other stuff like meat, sides, and whatever else... It takes a lot of subies to haul all this stuff up, so the more people we can gather the better! All subies and even non-subies (if you have a truck) are welcome. This is a really important aspect of BAM, everyone at the meet depends on us getting everything ready before the official 11:30am opening starts!
We will all caravan from Fremont to Stafford Lake in Novato, we are meeting at 8:00am and will depart from my house no later then 8:30am. This gives us enough time to do everything, so the more people helping the better off we are.
I have a small core group of people that help me out every year and will be doing so again this year, they don't post here but they will be there, but it's not enough to get the job done so the more of you I can get together the better off we'll be. Besides, the big caravan of subies is A LOT of fun!!!
Please post here if you can get to my house at 8:00am next Sunday! All you will need to do is transport goods and help with setting things up which is cake especially if you have a good amount of people dedicated to the task. Everyone who helps will gain entry to the event for free, I know it's not much but it's the only thing I can really offer, and $5 is $5.
Thanks everyone for doing your part and helping the BAIC community, without members like you events like BAM wouldn't have a chance of happening every year, so here's a big fat thank you to all the folks who have helped out in the past and made events like this possible!
Short recap: I need people to come to my house in Fremont on the day of BAM (Next Sunday) at 8:00am to help transport goods and setup on site. We will all caravan and leave Fremont at 8:30 and arrive at Stafford Lake shortly before 10:00am which gives us a good amount of time to setup everything so that everything is ready when people start to arrive. I will provide a simple breakfast for folks helping out in the morning.
Big props to whoever helps out!
