Alright, crunched some numbers last night, and I was thinking, since you guys area kind enough to help out at the event free of charge, I figured I'd give you two options.

1. You, and only you can enter the event for free. That offer only stands to the people who have donated their services as of NOW.

2. I'll treat you all to some really kick *** pizza in Fremont called shakers pizza www.shakerspizza.com We order some pizzas, get some brews and talk about the event, and appoint responsibilities for each person at the pizza place so we get a better understanding of what exactly people are in for, and such, that way I can meet you all face to face, get to know you, and earn your trust a bit, not saying I don't trust you, but I've been blown off in the past by people, and i just figured this would be a cool way to spend a weekend afternoon with some good peeps. Food is on me. Consider it your payment into the event.

I voted for option 2. It will allow us to get to know each other better and work more effectively as a team, I think. Also, beer.

 

I voted for option one but only because I am allergic to everything ever :| I would be more than happy to show up at a pizza place beforehand and meet everyone. I'm just always sad when I can't eat pizza. (I can but there's only so many places that have gluten free pizza)

I do think the pizza party is the better idea overall.

I'm allergic to wheat, oats, corn, soy, and peanuts. It includes everything from bread to wheat, to whatever. Pizza is best for all and everyone loves it, I'm just voting for myself I couldn't eat at a burger place other than In-N-Out and really I feed myself wherever I go, I'm used to it that way. Don't change it on my account, I wanted to just explain why I wouldn't want to eat pizza and drink beer as well as malign my inability to devour such things I love.

:sigh: I miss pizza and beer :sigh:

I'll try to fit in and bring my own pizza (made from tapioca and potato) and beer (made from sorghum) :P

It's something I've had since birth but I only was able to fully utilize a doctor to diagnose me a little over a year and a half ago, I always knew something was wrong with me but never what. I finally got a doctor who ran a few thousand dollars of tests on me to determine what was wrong, mostly I thought it was something minor and an EX pushed me that I had something called Celiac disease (which I do). But yeah, I lost 40lb in 3 months and I've never felt better! How I feel is amazing compared to how I used to, so as much as I miss the food I don't regret it.

I love to cook and I'm always coming up with new and innovative things that I can eat. For a party I recently made a seared ahi dish with Ginger/Wasabi Aoli on a bed of baby greens and you would never know that it didn't have all the delicious things I'm allergic to in it.

Also: I don't have any anaphylactic responses luckily, it's mostly related to gastro-intestinal loveliness.

 

I talked to Jeff about helping out, PM me with something that you might need help with. But with work I cant go crazy with my hair lol.

At least I'm not alone! I'm glad I won't be the only one not eating, 10 bucks for entry is so cheap I dunno how someone who could eat pizza would choose entry over a pizza party. Nevermind the other benefits.
