One of my friend apartment at Davis just got broken into and cops pretty much just said to her something like this. Yeah that area is a hotspot for break in. Just be careful.
WTF is wrong with the police. You know it is a hotspot already, why don't you get out their and do some work, I want my tax dollars to actually work for the people instead of work against the people.
