I think i may take the class at the Tech Shop. My friend is going to loan me his Mig to play with on my trailer project. (a pro will be doing the important welds) I want to learn tig but will stick with mig for now because that is what is being lent to me. I can stick two pieces of metal together but not well.

I would be interested also, have been wanting to learn to weld for years. Almost took a class at a local JC but the scheduling aspect got in the way. Now that I have lots more free time, I am even more ready to have some fun learning.
