Every since going to work in the valley, (and starring at multiple monitors/ hd tube/monitors/heavy lighting for photographing) my eyes have started burning all the time. They are super sensitive to the sun as well, I heard about this stuff and then saw it on the news last night. Anyone used it or has anyone developed these problems for looking at monitors etc.. all day

I've always been a nerd and starred at the screen all day but never had these problems, maybe I have a janked monitor?

 

You need to take breaks. Every 20 minutes, get up and go look at something far (> 50 ft) away for 1 minute.

Your eyes are getting fatigued.

 

I stare at a CRT all day... I bought a cheap Fry's glare screen for $29.99 and it no longer strains my eyes after hours staring at I-club.
