I have some questions regarding theft. Not car theft, but theft of my possesions and they also signed my name without my permission.

I have asked them for it and they will not give it to me. I have had the cops talk to them and the cop basically didnt do ****. Hell, he could barely get through the doorway (no joke, he scraped both sides). I know there has to be some way to get this crap. It's less than $100 of crap, but it's still mine.

I need to get this ****er in trouble with the law.

try going the identity theft route since he forged your siggy. and get a lawyer, least you can do is file a civil suit.

I was looking up ID theft, and everything I'm reading about it is saying that they steal your identity and commit fraud with it. Also, I was asking the cop about identity theft and he said that signing my name to receive the package. The package has the crap in it.

I don't know if it is worth it to hire a lawyer. I'm going to try to do everything without one. If I just go to small claims court (cop said this was what I would have to do), I dont think I can even have a lawyer.
