Thumbs down Anyone hear about big accident on 101 last week?

well im on my way home from yosimite with my family and i call a few friends just to let them know im back in town

one of them informs me about one of my friends crashing his mustang on 101 neer 92 and so i call a few people to see wut really happened and im still not really sure wut happend because ive herd so many different stories but..

he was doing about 90 and he went into the exit lane to merge onto 92 comming from SF and a car cut him off which caused him to swerve into the emergency lane and begin swerving back and forth and eventully rolling twice and sending the driver my friend to the hospital

he fractured his skull in 8 different places and had emergency brain surgery and is currently in ICU at stanford

i just wanted to let off of u people who speed out there how this touched me cuz my personal friends could have all been dead because of stupid driving

I am so sorry to hear this unfortunate news dood.

I hope your friend is able to recover.

I have lost 2 really good friends to driving related accidents, one drunk driving(he was drunk with a car of drunk people hauling *** down china grade), the other was not wearing his seat belt in a topless jeep then rolled getting on to the freeway(the 16 yo driver took the hook too fast).

God bless.

the reason i have my car is because of a severe concussion and brain bleeding i recieved from a motorcycle accident along with a shattered foot and a dislocated shoulder, i cant do anything where i might hit my head for a year, i run a wakeboard proshop so hitting my head is part of my job... all because of a pothole on hwy 1 <--isnt the state responsible for fixing those? now i have a bike with doors ....keep it on the track! hope your friend has a speedy recovery.

- be safe

That sucks to hear, the Bay Area has more than its fair share of idots on the road (people who get in front of you when you are speeding) There have been times where I'm driving down 880 at a fairly fast pace, and a car would just decide to switch lanes into mine when they have no one in front of them, just for the hell of it apparantly. You may by a good driver, but there are plenty of ****TY drivers out there that can ruin your day. Anyways hope your friend recovers quickly, and everyone drive safe.
