Hey guys, does anyone have an external cd drive I can borrow for a couple days? I have a friends netbook I have to reformat and throw on a new version of windows. Unless there is a method where I boot from an external flash drive and load OS onto the hd in the netbook that I dont know about, please enlighten me. Anyways, its been sitting here for a couple of weeks now and I havent gotten around to do it, and Im sure they are waiting. So if anyone has an external cd drive enclosure somewhere around the south bay, can I please borrow it?

^ Yea Im trying to boot from flash right now, hopefully my desktop supports that. Havent checked yet, because I cant do **** with the netbook.

 

I can bring you one from work tomorrow.
