depends on what wastegate, what material do you want, do you want to use a flex directly after the wastegate. basically from $100-$300. $300 would be all stainless mandrel bent tubing, tig welded and a stainless flex section directly after the wastegate to compensate for temperature changes.
We all probably know that the WRC has an external Wastegate!
Every single time the WRC changes gears or the throttle closes You hear a Chatter. That chatter comes from the WRC wastegate.
You must have the anti-lag system in order to have that special sound(the chatter). The anti-lag system gives you maximum boost as if you were at 6,000 rpms, but you are really at lets say 1,500. Every single time you let go of the throttle the anti-lag system makes a bang. Right before that piont there comes a fuel ignition piont within the exhaust(or turbo Not sure), The fumes from the fuel ignition piont help spool up the turbo, which keeps the turbo from lagging. As soon as the throttle opens then engine develops intake, at this piont the engine is developing boost by it self so the wastegate lets out all the fumes from the anti-lag system, which makes that special sound. Does anyone know the setup on the WRC, the ECU, what kind of ALS(anti-lag-system), and what kind of WASTEGATE(external)????

Probably the only way to find this out is to ask Prodrive or some one who is dealing with WR cars. For example professional rally teams like “Jolly Club” or others
