Man, I'm not sure what it was but I ended up going to bed right after posting this thread (8:30pm). I just woke up (7:48am). Not sure what it was, but after reading a few replies here, I hope I'm not getting sick. I feel really good, I was simply tired and It's not like me to be tired...ever! I got 11 hours of sleep, let's see how the day goes.

i think it has to do with the flu thats been going around.and also te weather making allergies come out extra early....... the symptoms are weakening but it doenst stop our bodies from slowing down to fight it off.
ive had jet lag on top of catching up on work and extra stuff that i have to take care of so my sleep for the last week and half was really out of whack.....made my body more suseptable to germs (EWWW) everyone i know has been sleeping MAD amounts lately...my friends that can live off of a few hours of sleep every night are complaining that theyre super sleepy too.
to the OP....its not just you ... a lot of people ive talked to in the last few days are feeling the same way.... weather + allergies + flu still going around = sleepy peeps.
at least daylight savings starts this weekend!

I don't work out and my diet isn't the greatest, although I do drink a lot of green tea, don't eat red meat all the time, and avoid sodas almost all the time. I know that at least contributes to most of my daytime "tiredness". Anyone else hate it when you wake up before your alarm clock sounds? I'm okay with waking up 5 minutes before, but a half an hour, c'mon man.

I wake up 2 hours before my alarm all the time. Then snooze off and on till I need to get up. I've always been an early bird, but I find myself needing a 15 min power nap during the day. I work out everyday and eat pretty clean. I do need my coffee 2 times a day and on the weekends I do treat myself to pizza or some sort of junk food.
