Is anyone else tired and exhausted???

I'm not sure why, but I'm tired as hell now and thinking of calling it a day and hitting the sack. Strange thing is, is that I've spoken to other people and they seam to be tired to. Everyone is tired! What's going on? Is there something in the air? Was it because we had a sunny weekend? I haven't done anything to make me tired, I'm just...tired?

eh for meeh.. im only tired cuz i got 15 hours of sleep in 3 days so... yea and 3 really full busy days..

could be the flu that's being passed around. Even if you dont catch it but you are exposed to it, your body uses energy to make sure you dont get it.

Make a doctor appt.

Fast for the night before/morning of the appt. (12 hrs.)

Ask him/her to give you a fasting blood sugar test.

Talk to your doctor about the results.

You could be one of many millions of people who are undiagnosed.

wow... im in bed at 2am and up for work by 6am at the lastest m-f and i aint tired.. maybe its the insomnia.

 

i hallucinate at school, like hear people sayin isht in my head sometime...
or worse, i'll be walking to a class, and then totally forget what im doing, like dont even realize im walking. insomnia is a drug

 

ive been feeling the same way for the last week, sleeping on average 10-11 hours a night. and i have been a diabetic for 21 years, and i am sick, but never been like this before... wierd. i think some sleepiness tired thing is going around, or something is in the water ^^

 

for some reason last week was a LONG *** week, i was so tired and all i did this weekend was relax and sleep.
