i've been boarding the last few days

not tired at all

 

Good diet and exercise FTW.

I have found that during the summer...when I am working really hard for weeks at a time....I am less tired than I am during the winter. I exercise 4 days a week during the winter, but it does not replace 12+ hours of hard manual labor. But I can get away with 5-6 hours of sleep during the summer, and I feel much better in general.

 

i am feeling okay... hope you are not getting sick...

 

i woke up at 6am this morning i felt like crap! argh....i slept till noon and took shower and came to work. this sucks. im all loopy from dayquil. allergies are OWNING me.

 

I'm the same way. I am a night owl and dont usually go to sleep before midnight. Get up at 5:30 am everyday. I think its something you have to train your body to do. I work out four days a week and that helps a lot. Build up those energy reserves. I have also had to pull a lot of all nighters in my lifetime so that was good practice.

Coffee and rockstar play a great part in it. Also for the simple fact that i am a born hustler so i am built to grind!!!!! But i usually stay up and put in overtime and make $$$$$$$$. Everybody has to have a second job right?!?!?!?! Especially to make it and stay ahead in this world. Sleep is over rated until the weekend when you can catch up! Happy grindin all!

 

Same here. I'm pretty sure it's because aliens are invading and are pumping toxic gas into the atmosphere to render our resistance to their conquest nil.

Or maybe cuz I just don't get enough sleep.

 

I have mild sleep apnea. I stop breathing 7 to 9 times per hour. It really sucks... if it was worse, then I could get it fixed and covered by insurance, but since it's classified as 'mild' then I would have to foot the bill myself. They consider it cosmetic.

Although I know why I'm always tired, there isn't much I can do about it.

I think part of the reason most people are tired is the amount of stress and crap we all go through in a regular day.

 

I dont know what it is in the air, but the past week or so, ive just been wiped out!

Im not sure what is going on, im eating healthy, im not sick (that i know of)

But i have felt like falling asleep mid afternoon!

I was pretty tired, then I got seriously sore everywhere, then I had a fever of 102 for 3 days, now I feel alll better. I want an STi.

 

I'm so comfortable right now...reading threads, drinking starbucks but I need to go take a dump but don't want to get up cause I'm extremely confrotable. Can some one take a sh#$t for me!!

I myself am twaking pretty hard off this... coffee? yeah, wakes me up at 7am and keeps me going...
Im exhausted.. this week needs to come to an end so i can get plastered this weekend!
Every week Monday threw Friday i go to school 8am-2:30pm
and work monday wed sat and sunday totaling 30 hrs
so yeah, i dont even have any time to TUG it anymore... let alone get enuf sleep
whos guna let me black out at their house this weekend...TIA
