Anybody have an OBD II scanner I can borrow tomorrow?

Hey all,

One of out cars is not turning on. The starter starts but the car isn't starting. It has a CEL and Autozone does not rent them out anymore (as I was just told 5 minutes ago by an Autozone rep). I was wondering if anyone around SF and/or Daly City area has a OBD II scanner I could borrow for half an hour or so.
That and I wanted to see what codes my RS is throwing other then the P01306 code.

Aw thanks. No need now, Hokusai let me borrow his.
Thanks again a million times.

Got to checking the codes but strange thing is the CEL went off but the car still wont turn over. The starter is working (for sure) but the car isn't starting. It tries, I can hear it but it won't start. I'm guessing the fuel filter is clogged + its really cold weather we are having.

Any thoughts?

Car is a 99 Nissan Sentra.

Fuel pump would be a good place to start. other then that I'm not really sure.

Basically If you have fuel pressure then you move on to spark, If either of those aren't working then you go back and check why. Good luck
