Thumbs up ANY RC Nitro Car Enthusiasts?????

Whats up I-club! I had an idea for a great meet!

Firs off I don't how many RC Car hobbyists are out there but if there are any would you guys be interested in doing a subaru/RC Car meet? Take a few drives somewhere and run RC?

I have a HPI savage X 4x4 and a kyosho on road racer. Both nitro.

There are a lot of good spots around the bay and the coast that are perfect for running RC. Any ideas would be great too!

So lets start off by seeing who has RC and would be interested to do something like this.

I had a HPI Nitro RS4 (the first generation) with a third gen motor. I also had a FWD Tamiya Electric car. I traded them to Charlie (Onizuka) for an exhaust a couple years ago, lol.

I think it would be cool to get back into it. I was big into it in HS before I had an actual car.

I used to have about 10 @ one time. Some had about 2k in them (1/8th scale race buggies). I kept one, the Traxxas Revo. It never breaks and I can beat the living **** out of it. It took too much time to upkeep all those vehicles. Now I have a high perf real one so it takes most my time and money.

Yeah me too bro. Big toys take a lot of my time now too. I have a 64 impala and my 05 sti. But i bought my house a year ago and finally got a workshop so i can goof around and have room for these RC cars now. Well if you feel like takin out the Revo let me know, lets try to get a meet going. Or at least a few drives somewhere.

Laterz!

Going fast with it sucks, it rolls all the time, so i leave the electrical tape on the tires
and drift through my house and on the dirt sometimes.

well serpent is the maker of serpent impule and what not. its a built to race gas car... a rc track car basically... i started it up and the servo was on full throttle and the batteries just died out and it just took of to the curb goin something that seemed like 60mph+ and the bumper/frotn chassis broke... its still able to run but just risky if i hit anything..
