The way he worded it made it seem like the people who were involved with her death drove Hondas. I read article

In this economy I wouldn't doubt it. Bring on the fines...

Public service.
lol as much as i would love to do this, i cant. but let me tell you the DA is going to be pressing charges for speed contest, wreckless driving and manslaughter which equals JAILTIME! But his lawyer wants to reduce these charges to INVOLUNTARY manslaughter....what surprised me was that he did not seem remorseful at all, he was more worried about his face rather than the fact some beautiful young lady lost her life...

Immature, self-centered jackass is what I say.

I don't understand why kids don't go somewhere out of town where there isn't anyone around to street race if they have to do that sort of thing.

This can happen anywhere, profile a "speed racing" car won't do too much IMO. A stock car has the same likely hood as long as the driver has the same douchebaggery thinking.

Even an old 80's buick can wreck n' kill someone.

I agree completely. I see more of stock cars (usually old and slow cars such as late model lexus and some domestics) racing and speeding in free-way when I get off work at midnight.

I have not seen a single subaru racing on the street/freeway yet. And I don't intend to become one.

Even a speedy dodge charger driven by an idiot can wreck n' kill someone.
Fixed for you in light of this ( http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/articl...BAHQ1A9P7N.DTL )

Will law enforcement agencies 'crack down" on their own kind for speeding while not wearing seatbelts? Or will they take out their guilt/rage on tax paying drivers of imports?
Either these guys were DUI and there's a cover up, or they were giving eachother handjobs and lost control of the vehicle @ extra-legal speeds. They better not have been hooning it like the idiotic street racers that killed a cheerleader.

It's the stock and old POS cars that race that scares me. cheap and bald tires are most likely on them with some fool laid back with one hand on the wheel going like 90 in a 45.

Are there any ironworkers in here? Can we make a cattle brand that has the word "Street" then another for "Racer"?

I'd love to brand his forehead with one, and each cheek with the other.
