Damn you! Im stuck here till 10am... then sleep for 8 hours, and back to work for another 15 hours... and repeat.

You guys hiring on your team? These hours are kicking my ace.

 

Unfortunately the opposite - headcount reducing plan is already under way. No layoffs or anything, but we are shifting like 8 heads from my team to other BU's – and there will be no hiring throughout the next cycle.

I hear other groups are hiring tho? Especially the DV teams.

 

Yeah, that sucks. I was kinda kidding anyway... I'm trying to get into the whole network aspect of the industry. I have these odd hours because no one is online, and if something goes down, its not such a big deal, like it would be if we made something crash during peak hours. hahha...

The only time I'm here when you're here is 10am monday morning... after that I have the week off.
