Alignment setting recomendations.
I am getting some Azenis mounted today and I also gonna get an alignment, and want to get something a bit more suited towards my driving style. My car will be spending about 75% of it's life in the mountains, so what are you guys running? I am on a stock suspension w/ 17" Rota Tarmacs.

I'd aim for as much camber as you can EVENLY get in front, with 0 toe.
In back, add camber/crash bolts (about $30) and have them adjust to -0.5° camber in back, once again 0 toe.
That setup should turn a bit nicer than stock, while still being predictable and having good tire wear characteristics.
