Exclamation Alarm Install Place???

sup guys, anybody know someone or a shop that would want to install an alarm? maybe like a side job or something? preferrably around san jose. it has autostart, two way page, and the basics. its some off brand alarm, i just got it as a gift. it's been sitting in my room for awhile already.
i have an 03wrx if that matters. let me know and give me your price thanks!

Instead of starting a new thread, I'm going to bump this because I need to know a place to install in or close to San Jose. The alarm is a Viper 791XV that I need installed.

EDIT: also a place to install a headunit.

Best Buy?? You might as well hire your neighbors dog to come and do the job.

Hey hey hey, not all best buy's have crappy installers, some actually know what they are doing. I work at the one in SF as a installer and we have guys with experience in custom applications as well as basic from alarms, to stereo, gps systems, overhead, etc and have been installing for 5-10 years. If I where you always ask which installer will be working on your car and ask him is he MECP (mobile Electroncis Certified Professional) and what level. Honestly I wouldnt pay the rates best buy charges for installs because they are pretty high, but if you even shop around you would get a fairly similar figure at other shops. At least with best buy if something is wrong they offer a lifetime warranty on installation and I can spend 2 hours on a car fixing or trouble shooting without ever having a returning customer pay.

Have a hook up with someone you know who does quality work. Whatever the alarm is, you want it hooked up with someone knowledgable. People at stores are knowledgable, but friend's will usually do a better job.

Alarm install is simple as long as you know where the wires are and which one it is. all it is just cutting and splicing wires.

wow posted this thread for awhile already. anyway got my budy installed my alarm and everything. any way he installed it for me at fry's (thats where he used to work at). he's pretty good and seems to be working just fine, no known problem since. anyway right now he works for best buy. yea thats true, there some ppl have only little knowledge about installing an alarm specially something with remote start, recomend on someone that has done it before at least 3 - 5 times.
