I gave him some pointers on a quick way to build up his push up counts. I used to be able to do over 100 in a row.

He was suppose to call me back with his new address but he never did. So I can't write him.
When I get it, how many candy bars should I send? Kids like my little brother man. I love him to death. I've gone through some stuff with him.

He has a cell phone but I have no idea on when it would be cool to call him. I'd guess he'd have it off and in his locker but I'd hate to **** him by having it ring at the wrong time.
First off if he has a cell, DON'T CALL IT!!!! Secondly, don't think any less of him for failing the push-ups because they grade like ****'s. Sometimes even good ones aren't counted. They can only have so many people per class so push-ups is how they regulate that. If you're in the front of the line and your questionable you're out they just won't count any. If you're in the back they've probably already filled the class and you'll fail regardless. I was in the middle so I was lucky but I saw guys get failed who I knew had to have done more than me.

yeah..he got a cell a couple weeks ago..maybe 3 weeks ago. I didn't want to call it just incase he screwed up and left it on.

I don't think any less of him. The kids a stud. He'll have no problems with the rest of the pt stuff and I"m sure he'll pass this time. I've worked out with him a few times. He's crazy. He does his crutches with a 45 pound plate on his chest and he can do more than I can with no plates. His run is cake. Last PT he did 2 miles in 12 minutes in the rain. I think maybe he wasn't used to the weight. He's gained close to 30 pounds out there. Crazy. And like I said..they didn't count 10 of them.

he asked how many and they said something like 34 when he knew he had already done more than he needed to..think close to 50. So he just cranked out enough to qualify for the retake and stopped. think that's 42.

he'll do fine.

I'll see if I can't get a hold of his mom..she moved. get his adress from her. Send like 100 candy bars. A letter and some print outs..he wants a new laptop.
