Advice on Front Bumper/Fog Lights

Advice on Front Bumper/Fog Lights
Ran over some terrible object on 880 last week.
I was wondering:
a) Anybody have recommendations on a body shop (EastBay or Redwood City) to go get an estimate? I did a search but alot of the posts were kind of old.
b) Any recommendations on a Fog Light Kit? I'm thinking of going that route instead of buying a replacement fog cover.

the stock ones im assuming are weak. Get the $70 hella fog kit, not from kragen, thats a pencil pattern. rally lights. com i think
