Help: Fog light covers/ fog lights

Help: Fog light covers/ fog lights
Hey guys, i was wondering if the fog light covers for an 04 wrx would be able to go on without removing the fog lights or would they need to be removed for them to fit.
Either way can someone hook me up with some info as to how-to remove the whole fog light assemble from the car.
