ABS problem?

Yea, lately (I think prior to "lately" as well), even at regular stops at the light or parking in my driveway, I sometimes, not all the time, I would get brake pedal vibration out of frickin' nowhere. I'd hate to sound like a n00b, but is this a problem with the ABS? I knew Subaru ABS systems are rather sensitive, but that was just nuts.

Yea, having a foot massage and hearing that stupid farting noise isn't fun after a while. Any ideas, help, or advice would be awesome. Thanks.'

This is on a 2000 2.5RS BTW.

warp rotors maybe? They feel like ABS but it's not. When was the last time your turned your rotors?

oh also to see if it's really warp rotors. Does the vibration change as the speed of the car chages? As if your go faster, the vibration gets faster. If you go slower, you get a slower vibration. If it is, you have warp rotors. And they are usually the front two. Good luck!

If you are hearing that crappy noise, it probably is the ABS. Heck, could be both.

Well, it doesn't happen while I'm braking. It happens when I'm just sitting there sometimes and after I'm braking to a stop.

I am driving a damn ford right now (rental, car in shop). and it has warp rotors. That thing is so damn bad you could hear it and feel it even when it's not on brake. Thank God I am getting my car back today!
