'99 OB Engine replacement

A friend of mine has a '99 OB that needs a new engine. He wants to get a rebuilt stock EJ25 installed, then he is going to sell the car. Where is a reliable/affordable place for him to get this done?, i-speed? He lives in San Mateo right now and currently has to bike to work. Let me know so I can give him some info on what to do, thanks.

I'll give I-Speed a prop too.

Swapping in a 2.5 is real easy....even the wiring is simple....just did it with my wagon.
