7,500 maintenance question please help

Car Info: MY04 aspen wrx wagon.
basically they just make sure everything is cool.
Rotate your tires. Check the filters and fluids. Do an oil change.
You can do most of it yourself really easily. I got mine done just to maintain a good service record and because I get free oil changes and a 10% discount so it was less than $100.
Next service I'll be doing some of it myself to cheapen the load.
Is it necessary...I'd say not really...just rotate your tires yourself. But it is a wise move to maintain your recommended service times....gives them less to stand on in case of warranty needs and it's good for resale.
