he was on the side.. he had pulled over a white box type civic sedan tinted windows aftermarket wheels....

he got all hot and bothered when i drove by... but there was too much traffic for him to catch up... i pulled off to take the niles exit before he had the chance to get to me.

maybe he'll get me on the way home..
