Al Davis needs to be an owner and not a GM or a coach. He doesn't let the coaches coach. Al is the reason why we only have puppets for coaches and the reason we only draft speed players. He's crippling the team as long as he tries to be the gm and the coach.

Yea I don't know what happened to the raiders after they got pwned in the Superbowl.. however, I can't really say too much because the Niners haven't done too much since horrible *** MIKE NOLAN didn't do anything with the team. We'll see what the next 2-4 years for the niners do under Singletary... (Imo NEXT season is going to be huge, Niners have a couple of 1st round draft picks that whoever shines in college football will definitely be within the eyes of the niners *I wouldn't count out a badass QB either*)
