Supposedly, the people from street car magazine(eh, not sure if thats the name)

"PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Power Enterprise Co., Ltd (Japan) is proud to release a twin turbo kit for the US Market Nissan 350Z. This kit comes complete with everything necessary for a hassle free installation. Power output is a very impressive 400+ horsepower to the rear wheels at only 7.35psi of boost when used with the Technosquare ECU replacement.
This kit works on all models of the Nissan 350Z (Z33) Fairlady and the Infiniti G35 (manual) with mods. This kit will add significant power and torque to your current stock setup. The ball bearing turbos reduce turbo lag and have max boost across the complete RPM band. Boost comes in much earlier than most other turbo kits. However, you will have a hard time keeping the rubber planted to the ground with this kit in all gears. You should get drag radials for the rear. Stock tires just won't hold. Installation is not for the driveway mechanic and should be performed by someone experienced with aftermarket upgrades such as this turbo kit. There is nothing extra to buy with this Power Enterprise kit.
Kit Consists of:
- PE1420 Dual ball bearingd turbo
- PE1420 turbo outlet pipes
- Ais impulse II filter with PE1420 inlet pipes
- Custom mandrel bent tubular exhaust manifolds
- Custom Design 1 liter oil pan
- High output fuel pump
- PE-TH380NZ larger injectors
- Air-toAir front mount intercooler with plumbing
- All regulated gakets and oil line set for 1420 turbos"
in contrary to this, Turbo Magazine had the same kit installed on a silver 350z, and they stated that the recommended boost is only 4.xx psi ( can remember exactly ) and they got whp in the range of only the high 390's......... but the said it had a street price of $7,500

He got the 350z used though from a private seller so that saved him quite a bit.
As for warranty, I think its overrated. Most dealer warranties cover you until 36k, right? In that time only minor tune up are needed, which is easy to do yourself...
And if you do break something by driving it very hard (via launching etc)--your pertty much on your own anyways, as a lot of dealers will detect the abuse and void your warranty with the quickness.
His cars still cheaper then that 44k in the end, and has burned z06's...
but in any case thats not really the point.
Just giving props to a turbo'ed Z driver.
