Don't see why not.

Winter White Out is the seasonal. Might not be available in kegs. It's a darker ale. Very smooth. Not too hoppy. I'd put it on the same shelf as newcastle.

Pony is probably the cheapest route.

Oh... and the garage is gonna be reserved for those driving too and from the resorts. The parking lot has a sign that says no overnight parking. Disregard. We've parked there it's fine. They haven't been clearing the spots across from the house so whatevers. There's the lot by the pool too.

If anyone has wax bring it. We're running thin and I don't think I'll have time to get any this week. My 2 special bear mixes are nearly gone.

There's coffee. Should last the weekend. Maybe.

I'll call Snowshoe in a few... Winter White Out it is, if available in the Pony. Otherwise, we'll do the Thompson again. Also, can't wait to try out some of the Growler's Irish Red.

Yeah, I don't recall us ever having major parking issues, esp. w/ that li'l spot across the street.

I'll bring up my Dakine all-temp. I got about 1/4 of a pkg left. I still need to hit up Hertel in Sunnyvale sometime for the Super Hot Sauce. I haven't managed to head down to the South Bay midweek during the day. Or if I had, it slipped my mind.

Also, the "Food & Bev" list is practically a cut-n-paste of last year's w/ extra ideas that churned about this time around.

How soon could you get to Tracy? He said he gets hm by 6. If we need to hit Snowshoe by 830, one car has to be on the road by 630. And that's cutting it close since it takes just under a couple hrs to get there fr Justin's w/o worrying too much about Johnny Law.

Yea that works for me. I'll just have my bag, my board and everything is up at the cabin from this past weekend.

Cliff, it takes about an 1:45 to 2 hours to get to Arnold from here without chain controls, so if we left at 6 then we would be able to get the keg. But just in case, if everyone was to meet at the brewery, then someone could potentially get there a little earlier to ensure we have the keg and then stick around for everyone else to get there for dinner.

Justin: I think the few cars will be getting to the cabin at different times on Thur evening, but hopefully w/in a couple hrs of another. We just need the early car (hopefully mine) to stop at the brewery for the keg. When I went back thru the thread to start throwing the food list together, I recall Ray saying he could leave in the afternoon. So hopefully, it'll be me & him as the "early birds"... like me & you did last year. We should have plenty of grub to eat at the cabin on the 1st nite. We can just cook up the simpler stuff like we did last time, too. Why hang out at the restaurant once we've pick up our precious cargo?

Li'l Jeff: There's a boombox in the garage for when hanging out & working on the boards. Inside, I don't recall. We usually have the tube w/ flicks or video games going. I think we'll have enuff distractions, but one more wouldn't hurt if ya wanna bring it up.

Also, get w/ Ray to see if you can coordinate having Jordan & Paul meet up to come in Jordan's truck on Fri. And are you still set on NOT shreddin' on Sun?

We don't have those spots unless the rain cleared them out. They haven't been plowing those spots across from the house. But there is a lot that is before you get to the house that is cleared.

I got 2 cases of water and 2 cases of gatorade tonight at costco.

Looks like we should be set on H2O & Gatorade, right?

How were those spots across the street over the past wknd? I know the snow level has been at or above 6000' lately. By Thur evening, it's predicted to lower to ~5000'. Hopefully, the warm tropical moisture & all the rain over several days should take care a portion of it. And I don't mind getting my shovel on either. We had to do that thru a foot & a half last Thur up in South Lake to get my wgn in the driveway.

Ray and I had to shovel about 2 and a half to 3 feet out of the driveway in order to park his wagon. So those spots would have at least 3 feet of snow there. There are plenty of places to park though, so no worries there.

And yea, there should be plently of hydration with this much

Depending on whether Ray grabs anything fr Freedom, I'm thinking of buying some sort of animal protein, too. Maybe salmon, cajun catfish or tri-tip. I might just pick up some marinated chicken or carne asada at one of my local "SuperMercados."

Just gonna wait & see what other folks volunteer to pick up. Lotsa stuff still unclaimed.

Well I get out of work by 3pm. I was going to head out shortly after that. By the sounds of it I might be chilling out waiting for Justin if I leave that early. Now if someone else can give Justin a ride, I can head straight to Arnold pick up brew and ensure the tap is pumped and primed for your arrival. That's how I roll, ya know. If that's not a good idea, I can chill for a bit that get Justin at 6pm with hopes we make it up there in time to pick it up. I don't know.

there's an old stereo up there that's good for CD's. Doubt it's got RCA's for an ipod. But it does the job. Inside there's nothing.

My buddy Todd is coming up Friday night too. So that's 3 cars with one guy each in them coming up. Maybe there can be some car pool going on in there somewhere.

If you want beef I'd said the skirt steak is the best route. Cooks fastest.

Thursday night we'll just either grub out our go simple.

Friday night is the stew/mash right?

So Sat night would be the grillage. I figure if we get a couple flats of chicken wings and premarinade them we can grill them up for quick eats and as part of the sat night grubbage.

Did you guys want me to bring that turkey fryer?

I can grab some skirt for the sat night grubbage. We'll have to take a look at what all we have thursday night and put a shopping list together.

The guys that come up friday will just have to pony up dough I guess.
