i obviously use the same shifter at Azn121184... it was notchy too until i regreased it.

It may not be them. That's just usually my first inclination because short shifters are hard on synchros, because most people think their purpose is to reduce the actual amount of time needed for a shift, when all they do is reduce the size of the movement you make for it.

If greasing it worked for SD, I'd ask how he did it and give it a try.

If by notchy you mean not soft like honda or VW shifters, then you wont get that feel no matter what you do with your shifter.


And those tire pressures are WAY to low in my opinion. Try for more like 38/35 COLD and see how it is. Then change it if you dont like it, or try it even higher. The stock numbers are way too low from my experience.

We're only talking about a few pounds more. Actually, the 38 front and 35 rear that Kostamojen cited is exactly what I run in my RE92s and the wear is even.
