Low profile tires traditionally aren't good for drag, and the larger wheels that they mount on, cast wheels like those Konig, are heavier than stock, making your car even slower.

When I had my 18" Battles, my car was consistently .02 slower at the 1/4 mile. If you have the stock rims still, throw those on and try again. And since stock WRX's really don't have any traction problem, pump your tires up to 38-40 psi. This will help with less rolling resistance and also help with your times.
You can also take out the spare tire, jack, tool bag, carpet and particle board thing in the trunk all out. And run the car with a 1/4 tank of gas or less. Remember, the more weight the car has, the more it has to push it down the track. Any weight reduced can add to reduced 1/4 mile times.

Practice starting more to reduce your reaction time.
What rpm were you shifting at?
Were you using boost off the launch?
It doesn't look like it, and that could make the difference right there.
