04+ wrx's w/ downpipe + No tune = bad...?

I recently found out that if you have an 04+ wrx, then you should definitely get a tune so that you don't get boost creep.

Well, I've been running a catless APS tbe for about a year, with no tune... =/

Will a Cobb AP OTS map fix this or do i need a custom tune?

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

Get yourself a tune - Cobb will work or find someone who will do it Open Source for you. It's better for the motor, and the power you pick up is like night and day.

You might punch yourself in the head for waiting so long to go Stg. 2. It's so worth it.

i had gotten my first open source tune done by Ed at eq tuning, and the only upgrades i had at the time was a walbro fuel pump, vf43 turbo, and a sti intercooler... results.... AMAZING.. you should give Ed a call, he will wake your motor up a bit.. lol! give them a call.. 1(707)425-2137

but opensource tune: $400

budget: of a college life

I think I'll just get an AP. I have a cai intake as well so should I put it back to stock airbox before I put on stage 2 map?
