A) Learn to type slower and with more accuracy.
B) To water cool your what? Engine? it's already water cooled. You want to water cool your intake track? As in a water to air intercooler?
C) Boost control is easy. Get a boost controller. There are plenty of these on the market.
My ultimate suggestion for you: Read. Read books on turbocharger theory, turbocharging, NA tuning; anything you can get your hands on. You'll need it.

agreed, boost controller and turbo timer. The stage III kit is intercooled so thats not a problem. Get gauges, you'll want to know whats going on. Otherwise I say focus on the rest of the car (BRAKES!, suspension, etc)
I don't know what the engine managment is for the stage III but that should be your primary concern.
I would get the link wich would tap into your ecu's harness.
It a little expensive but check out how much a new engine would cost and maybe that will convince you to spend the extra cash.
