just curious what turbo is being used in the 07 wrx and 07 legacy gt/spec b?

07 wrx = TD-04 Legacy spec b = vf40

vf40? never heard of that one...is it new? and is it better than the 39 on the sti?

idk how old the turbo is exactly. Its a little smaller than the 39, spools slightly quicker but with the sacrifice of less top-end. Would i say better? Not really, for a 2liter i think it would make a very good turbo, but its not manly enough for a 2.5liter motor in my opinion.
