turbo issues, again

I'm referring to the actual air-box. I'm currently using a K&N Akimoto filter, but it was designed for a non-turbo engine. Also, is there some kind of a one-way valve on the idle air nipple on intakes designed for turbo Subes? I've been thinking about it, and it seems that air would be boosting out of the idle air without some kind of valve stopping it. If you could look at it and see, that would be very cool. Thanks

there is no oneway valve in your IAC(idle air control) valve. You may want to hook up the valve to a post turbo location, or install a oneway valve so you are not loosing boost. Either should help that problem.
What clues do you have to think you have air restriction pre-turbo? Can you mount a cone filter and/or tube for an intake? Are you using the MAF sensor?
