What the hell is wrong with my car!!!! It lopes under idle, and it will barely accelerate, the only time it runs ok... is when I floor it, 100% throttle.. Can plugs, or plug wires be an issue??? I keep throwing code P0130, but I have a new O2 Subaru O2 sensor. doe sanyone else have or have had this problem???

Well,
I know when you have the MAP volatge clamp done wrong or it is defective, that you can get a loping idle; but you usually get a low manifold pressure light at idle and a high manifold pressure CEL is a P0108
When I see loping idle in a 2000 I think about a disconnected map sensor, not sure why you have a P0130 - do yo have the front O2 sensor in the uppipe or downpipe?

I did throw this CEL recently.. do you think that is the voltage clamp that is bad or something.. will this cause "jumpy" readings when running a diagnostic? I took my car in and they said that they couldn't find the problem because they were getting strange reading from the MAP sensor.
