Ludespeed kit problems
Well I am almost done with the turbo install I put off and stretched out because for lack of anything else I am lazy. Here are my issues first the the down pipe will not bolt the sock location on the tranny if the thing moved the cat a bit more down or back it woulh clear the tranny crossmember I hate to cut a 1 1/2 out of that support to make it work. This is a issue but not as much as the next. I litteraly have no room to get the intake tube on the turbo it's like the alignment is slighty out and really screws me. I will show pictures to see what you guys think. I first off want to say I think toms support is great. I would rather fix this problem myself. I am very picky. I must admit I would have spent more on the vishnu kit if I would have seen both kits in person. Toms kit is inexpensive for what he gives you. He is a really nice guy. I am not bashing him. So I may need to purchase a up pipe and down pipe. I want mandrel bend none of this weld peices together to make the pipe. It will have to work with the turbo tom sells. Any suggestion? I will show pics maybe I am missing something. Yhe thing that sucks is I jet coated everything with out checking the fitment first Oh well it's my fault. Anyhow any suggestion would be great.

Check with the I-Speed guys. They have a lot of experience with installing the Ludespeed kits and can probably help you out.

Well I got it fixed it now lines up better than kits I have seen on other cars (kits not customs). It took me about 5hrs. I cut the flange at the header and cocked it. Then I cut the tranny bracket boy that was almost 1/2" out of whack. Then I cut off the hanger that mounts to the tranny and moved it. Now all ROCKS. After yesterday I am taking a break till next weekend. I will post pics soon.
