What is the max boost you can run on a VF22?

 

With a stock EJ20, about 22 psi.

 

Well i read this whole thread and everyone has been comming up with good points.. i currently run the Greddy 518z and i love the pull. My only gripe is that it kicks in a little late compared to stock. My point is that if you can make the vf-22 pull as hard as the 518z then i would choose that. And since the vf-22 is cheaper spend the rest on dyno tuning and computer tuning. i need to tweak my map a little bit because i want full spool near the 3,000 rpm mark. so cheers and happy hunting.

 

does anyone kno at what rpm does the fp green(superzilla) make full boost.

 

I would guess about 4-4.5k or so.....I could be wrong though.

Any more info on the T518z? Anyone have this on the wrx?

What would spool be like on the usdm 2.0?

hits full tq and power at 4000K. It's 93 octane plus 100% meth injection tune making 352 hp and 358 tq Dyna-pack dyno.

 

What does it make without the meth injection?

 

The T518z made 371whp and 431Torque on 93oct, but that was with an 06 WRX. Sorry I don't have any info of the greddy on a 2.0 with no meth ATM.

I got the greddy t518z. at 20.9 pounds on sti pinks with a protune i made 292 wheel. yea it kicks in a little late but when it does it pulls like crazy

 

Dynojet dyno? 290 at the wheels seems reasonable for a higher reading dyno on that turbo.

 

any more info on the t518z?
