After the Turbo is in....(question)

so I'm on my way towards buying a turbo pretty soon, but I was wondering...

after I put the turbo in, is there anything else I need to do? The whole
tunning thing is what I mean. Do I just pop it in and reset my ECU, or
is there more to it?

thanks

Talking read a bit before asking such a question

But to answer to the better of my knowledge minor changes can be taken into account by th ecu, ie new ligter pully or air intake, for anything bigger you need a tune.
Cheapest solution is a tactrix cable (it's just a cable for the odbII port ) do yourself or have someone do it
next there's the Cobb access port (like an a on computer, buy the version 2, because one is very slow) with predifine maps for predefine modifs, cat back or up and down pipe, or even a vf39 turbo.
for mor radical modifs some shop tune the access port.

Then after that you have the Ecutek solution (new software for your ECU) must be tune at good shop but bettre result.
fater that you have to change the whol ecomputer setup.

SO GENERAL RULE MODIFS NEED A GOOD TUNING for max power and safe usage.
Salut Alain :-)
