error code help

Helo

I have a 02 wrx. Monday it started running bad and pulled two codes.
P0102 and P0245. I replaced the maf sensor today but it now
idles rough and my boost spikes. I read about the 3 port solenoid but I
am clueless about what is wrong. The dealership said I would have to
buy a new turbo. I would love any suggestions or advice.
Thanks
Allison

Check the wiring? Apparently one of the wires has heavy shielding and needs to be properly shielded or you'll throw that code.
