Legacy Turbo Rear Brake Upgrade on a MY00

"Legacy Turbo Rear Brake Upgrade
Get rid of those solid rear rotors and small brakepads, improving your front/rear brake bias in the process. This kit contains everything you will need to swap your rear brakes over to the larger calipers with larger pistons and therefore larger brakepads plus vented rotors found on the Legacy Sport Sedan and Sport Wagon. Contains two calipers, two brackets, two rotors, and a set of brakepads."
This setup seems to have come from the 2004-2005 legacy GT Sedan & Wagon.
Have anyone done this? If so, do you have any detail pics?
