I wanted to check to see if anyone had a total gym (yeah, the chuck norris one) that might have the videos, vhs/dvd? Let me know if you have it, and if I can borrow it to copy/burn it or something. I picked up a used one, but no videos came with it. TIA!

how is it perfect for such a post? I am trying not be lazy
I haven't started using it, the cables and pulley is kinda messed, and it was a part of a recall(the 1000 model) so they're sending me some new parts.
for $10, I can't complain about not having videos, but thought I'd give it a shot

I have some video's for the commercial version of total gym, let me know if you want to copy them (I'll need them back as the wife will kill me if they go missing!)

I got a total gym primarily to strengthen my upper body. I am trying to recover from tendinitis in my arms right now, so I am looking for exercises to strength the upper body.
I've been running/bike riding(very little though, cuz mtb is pretty harsh on the arms, hehe, so I am looking for road bike right now too.)/playing some roller hockey. I am definitely exercising; but those exercises are primarily strengthing my lower body, and increasing my endurance, they (except hockey, a little bit) don't help with strengthening of my upper body...Hence the total gym.
I read many reviews where people are praising it as a piece of strengthing equipment, although not a replacement for weights(no bulky muscles), even many physical therapy clinics have adopted them.
dont underestimate the value of a good weights workout. believe it or not, they tone you more than bulk you up if you work on your regiment to focus on reps and less weight. combine this with an effective cardio schedule and you cannot go wrong. you will feel stronger and faster in a matter of weeks.

I heard that before he started using a Total Gym, Chuck Norris was a skinny weed who kept getting sand kicked in his face on the beach...and wedgies from bigger guys, now look at him.
Total Gym FTW.
Total Gym FTW.
with the total gym, chuck norris can now shoot down german spy planes by simply pointing his finger in the air and saying 'bang'.
with the total gym, chuck norris's tears can now cure cancer by roundhouse kicking the $hit outta cancer cells. too bad chuck norris never cries.
