anyone here workout at gold's gym? i sometimes see a white sti w/o the wing there.

24 Hour...but I stay away from Kapiolani where all the girlie boys go to lift 5 lbs...and talk smack.

Go to downtown where the serious people lift


Oh and BTW...you suckers that go to lift at UH better be getting frickin buff because you're lifting on MY TAX DOLLARS! I expect 6 packs on all of you!

Besides, how can you concentrate on getting your sets in if you have ***gy guys to your right and hot chicks doing squats to your left?









P.S. Downtown has just as fine chicks but the catch is that they actually have good jobs and brains.

ha ha. Hot girls are my motivation while I'm on the treadmill or elliptical machine . I don't pay attention to the guys...unless they're blocking the view of the girls .

ps. Fine chicks w/brains > bimbosapiens.......but they all taste the same to the eyes
